Prattco Property is an independent Property Development services business providing the full complement of development services including Project Origination, Development Management and Funding Solutions, ensuring holistic solutions to any development project.
Prattco Property works closely with investors and developers to source projects for their equity investment based on tested feasibility fundamentals, and delivers these projects on their behalf, providing better management of risk and return on investment.
Prattco Property also works with landowners and developers to unlock projects that require injection of capital, joint venture development expertise or require structuring to ensure the project is fundable and remains financially viable.
With 20+ years’ experience in the development industry in both institutional organisations and running small private development businesses, this has provided a unique skill set that covers the full spectrum of the development process, across numerous market sectors and capital cities of Australia. We have the experience and knowledge to ensure the success of your development.
Prattco Property understands and can navigate the increasingly complex and unpredictable development funding landscape. In an environment where new to bank lending is rare, interest cover ratios are making pre-sale hurdles difficult to achieve and non-bank lending that can be unpredictable and expensive, we have the contacts, track record and skills to determine the best funding options to ensure the successful delivery of your development.

Chris is a seasoned property professional, with 20+ years' experience in the property development industry.
Chris’ industry experience spans all aspects of the property sector including strategic property acquisition, development delivery, tenant pre-commitments, project financing, property consulting and project management. Chris prides himself on his ability to partner with clients throughout the lifecycle of development projects, ensuring his client’s objectives and goals are achieved from early strategy and inception through to completion.
Prior to forming Prattco Property, Chris held senior positions with Taylor, Alfasi Property, Cbus Property , Charter Hall and Turner & Townsend Thinc.
A proven leader with an impressive track record, Chris has led the successful delivery of over 30 major developments exceeding a total of $3 billion for his clients and developers in NSW and across Australia.
