- $160m extension to the existing shopping centre which became the second largest shopping centre in Australia on completion in late 2002.
- Responsible for the overall cost control of the project including construction, leasing, marketing, consultants and Category 1 and 2 tenant costs bringing the project within budget.
- Managed the design and fitout for major tenants including Bi-Lo, Kmart and Village cinemas.
- Involved in management of the Tenancy Coordination process to ensure shops were leased and fitout prior to centre opening.
